I was born in 1942 in a small village about 40 km from the Delhi border. Life was tough in those days. In 1964, my husband and I moved to Delhi. He was a teacher, and we slowly started building our life here.
In 1979, I bought my first property. During that time, I faced many problems and saw how people get cheated in property deals. But I learned from those experiences. Later, I bought a few small properties using our savings. To my surprise, their value increased quickly, and I realized how powerful property investment could be.
In the 1990s, I sold some of those small properties and started buying bigger ones. The returns were amazing. By the time my husband retired in 1998, I had already earned more than what he made in his entire service.
Later, my son helped me redevelop some of the lands I had purchased, and we turned them into sources of regular income. I also learned new things from my children. Even though all my children are government officers, my passion for real estate never stopped.
With encouragement from my family and relatives, I decided to use my experience to help others. That's how Navindh Private Limited was started — to guide people, protect their investments, and help them grow.
We offer safety for your money for 12 months and aim to give good returns within 3 years. My goal is simple: if I can help even a few families become financially strong, I will feel truly blessed.
I was deeply inspired by Krishna Ji’s journey. I holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and wanted to combine Krishna ji real-world experience with the power of modern technology.
In college, we studied business and management, but the lessons Krishna Ji learned in real life were far more powerful than anything in our textbooks. Her journey showed me the value of hands-on experience

Prof. (Dr.) Devendra Arora brings over 30 years of rich experience in leadership, academia, and institutional development. A Ph.D. in International Business with advanced management credentials from IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Kolkata, Dr. Arora is known for driving excellence in organizational branding, governance, and growth.
He has held senior academic positions as Professor, Dean, and Director across reputed Indian institutions and pioneered several government-recognized academic programs, including India’s first copyrighted curriculum in Sports Management. His work has earned him accolades such as the Jewel of India and Shri Ram Award.
Dr. Arora has played a key role in building academic audit systems, KPI frameworks, and accreditation tools aligned with NAAC, NBA, and AACSB standards. His deep industry connections with CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, and AIMA have facilitated strategic collaborations and institutional elevation.
As Advisor to Navindh Private Limited, Dr. Arora guides strategic branding and Real Estate positioning. He also plays a vital role in advising on legal, regulatory and government body recognition matters to ensure that all real estate and investment projects are compliant, credible and optimally positioned for government approvals and mandates. His visionary inputs are helping shape Navindh’s path to long-term, sustainable success.
